Publishing Ethics & Misconduct

The publication of an article in a peer-reviewed conference proceedings & journals is an essential building block in the development of a coherent and respected network of knowledge. It is a direct reflection of the quality of the work of the Authors and the institutions that support them. Peer-reviewed articles support and embody the scientific method. It is therefore important to agree upon standards of expected ethical behavior for all parties involved in the act of publishing: Authors, Editors, Reviewers, Publishers and Societies or Institutions for society-owned or institutionally-owned journals and/or sponsored journals. Publisher "Sugisaka Masanori" founded in 1996, 01, 25, all ethical and misconduct cases are assessed and handled based on their individual merit while following the guidelines of a valid Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement (PEMS) & the Committee of Publication Ethics (COPE), such as the COPE Core Practices, further guidelines and the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors(ICMJE).
