Abstract
In previous research, we developed a method to automate the conventional
evaluation of eye misalignment (cover test) and distinguish misaligned
eyes from their movements. However, this method had the problem that vertical
eye movements were affected by the eyelids and eyelashes, and could not
be completely detected. To solve this problem, we have developed another
method to recognize abnormalities by observing only the movement near the
center of the pupil.
